Apart from the scope of job and duties to be performed an employee can have a number of responsibilities which are definitely the employee’s moral obligations. For an employee, it is never enough to do the duties and task allocated to him or her and it is equally applicable to me as well. As an employee, doing all the duties is not enough; rather commitment and dedication are equally important. As an employee, I believe that an employee should always remember that he or she is a part of the company even when he or she is out of the organization. Therefore, an employee should not do anything that gives the opportunity to others to point bout the flaw of the organization.
